My career started on the front line 30 years ago, carrying a quota and closing enterprise technology deals before moving into revenue leadership. At Oracle, I built a $22M ARR business from scratch across EMEA, delivering 90% customer retention and 35% growth from existing accounts.
Over 15 years I have guided 1,000+ sellers across Oracle, Salesforce, Royal Caribbean, LiveRamp, and Data Axle, leading teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US. That work led me to create the Conversation Operating System, a diagnostic framework built on a multi-year benchmark study of B2B conversation performance.
Today I run Supero GTM as a fractional revenue operator. Revenue Sprints diagnose where systems leak, quantify the cost, and deliver recovery.
